Beginning with a warm peppermint footbath to revitalize the feet followed by an extended session to totally relax, refresh and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.

Reflexology of the lymphatic system to encourage lymph drainage. For Lymphoedema of the arms or legs, lipoedema, or symptoms of inflammatory and auto-immune conditions.

At the initial treatment, 15 minutes extra will be allocated for consultation – to discuss your health history, any current presenting conditions and what you would like to benefit from the session.
All information shared is treated as confidential. Treatment is provided on a semi-reclined chair or massage table from 30 minutes to 90 minutes in duration.
Only socks and shoes are required to be removed for foot reflexology.
Specific finger and thumb pressure techniques will be used to calm or stimulate a response in the corresponding area of the body.
A direct area of pain in the body that cannot be touched, can be indirectly worked through the reflex.
Calming music may be played, and conversation left till the end to allow you to relax, unwind and forget about the stresses of everyday life. Individual after-care advice will be provided at the end to gain the most out of your treatment, alongside support for your personal health goals.
